Mission Statement
 
The purpose of the foundation shall be to stimulate
excellence in the Frankfort-Elberta Area School District by providing support for innovative programs and special projects to improve educational opportunities...and to provide funding for a variety of projects that may not be supported by local, state or federal educational funds.
